corporate purpose

(1) The company pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section ‘Tax-privileged purposes’ of the German Tax Code.

(2) The purpose of the association is to promote education, public and vocational training, including student assistance within the meaning of Section 52 (2) sentence 1 no. 7 AO, and to promote international understanding, tolerance in all areas of culture and the idea of international understanding within the meaning of Section 52 (2) sentence 1 no. 13 AO.

(3) The purpose of the statutes is realised in particular through

• the introduction, further development and support of projects in schools,
• the offering and implementation of workshops for pupils, and
• the support and implementation of pupil competitions,

in particular in the fields of economics and business start-ups as well as technological innovation, partly in English and in exchange with pupils from other nations.
