§2 Purpose of the company (extract from our articles of association)
(1) The company pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section "Tax-privileged purposes" of the German Tax Code.
(2) The purpose of the company is the promotion of education, popular and vocational training, including student aid within the meaning of § 52 para. 2 sentence 1 no. 7 AO and the promotion of international sentiment, tolerance in all areas of culture and the idea of international understanding within the meaning of § 52 para. 2 sentence 1 no. 13 AO.
(3) The purpose of the statutes is realised in particular by
- the introduction, further development and support of projects in schools,
- offering and organising workshops for pupils and
- supporting and organising school competitions,
in particular in the fields of business and business start-ups as well as technology innovation, partly in English and in exchange with pupils from other nations.
