„BE YOU!“
BE YOU! is a teaching unit developed specifically for Year 6 and 7 pupils at secondary schools, combining physical activity with reflection.
A lesson plan for strengthening girls’ mental health
The aim is to strengthen the girls’ physical, emotional and social well-being. Regular jogging and personal reflection phases promote self-care, mindfulness and inner balance – without any pressure to perform.
In a safe environment, the students explore topics such as friendship, mental health, self-esteem and social relationships. The unit places particular emphasis on emotional and social skills – as the basis for resilience, a stable self-image and respectful coexistence.
